This recipe is originally from Métis elder, Peggy Millsap. This sweet zucchini relish combines flavours of turmeric and mustard seed to create a relish like none you've ever tasted before! Made with zucchini grown in West Kelowna.

- White vinegar
- Pickling salt
- Arrowroot flour
- Spices (including mustard)
